We review your requirements before taking on the engagement. There is no cost at this stage — we only accept your booking if we are confident we can deliver concrete, measurable value to your setup. - Deep-Dive Pre-Session Analysis
Following booking, TLAM undertakes dedicated offline analysis and diagnostic prep to ensure our live session is 100% focused on execution and solutions rather than introductory setup. This ensures we deliver maximum value for the client. - Intensive 2-Hour Working Session
A live, 1-on-1 deep dive, working directly through your issues, questions, strategy architecture, and validation diagnostics. (Sufficient to resolve most core challenges).
Note: Engagements can be delivered as a single 2-hour session or split into 2 × 1-hour sessions (ideal for implementing initial adjustments between reviews). - Follow-On Advisory (Optional)
Additional ongoing sessions can be scheduled by mutual agreement for complex or multi-stage quantitative projects.
