OMS only supports backtests and optimizations in MT5 currently. MT4 will follow soon and be supported within the next 2 months.
Access to Expert Advisor Source Code Required
To use your EA with OMS it is necessary for you to add some minor code snippets to it. If you have purchased an EA and only have the compiled .ex5/.ex4 file you will not be able to use OMS. You need to have the .mq5/.mq4 file to make the required edits.

What's included in the support?
Our basic support includes email assistance, with an target initial response within 24 hours (excluding weekends). For corporate plans, we offer the standard support, plus video conferencing when required with a direct point of contact to a named account manager.
How often is the software updated?
We operate on a continual development and release cycle offering new features, improvements, and bug fixes. The interval between releases depends on the extent of the features and enhancements included in the update. New releases can therefore be as often as a few days, or sometimes up to 6-8 weeks.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for corporate accounts.
Which currencies do you take payments in?
Because we use a secure third-party payment provider to manage our payment processing they accept payments in the vast majority of currencies.
